| Description: | A Rotary Partnership with a Cambodian NGO "Opportunities for Development through Art" (ODA) to provide after school advanced English classes for local and remote students. (English as a second language). For poor Cambodian children being fluent in English provides a path to a better life for themselves and for their family. The project will assist with the development of the Central School in Siem Reap which is a residential school and its community school programs across the region, supplement English learning after students have attended the Government School.
