Summary:RARE is a major recycling operation, run by volunteers, that gives suitable goods to people in need, for free.
Challenge:RARE is an activity of Rotary Australia World Community Service Limited (RAWCS) that grew out of the compassion and concern of returning overseas volunteers.
Solution:This recycling and reuse program, focusing on health & education involves the collection, sorting, packing, dispatch and distribution of donated items to countries in need of these goods.

Many goods and products, for which organisations in Australia have no further use, are valuable commodities in needy countries overseas and in some regions within Australia.
Long term impact:Schools and Medical facilities around the world will have equipment that they could not possibly obtain without the help of RARE.
