Rapid Response Housing - Australia (RABS)

Summary:	This project partnership between Rotary Australia World Community Service (RAWCS) and Rapid Response Housing Pty Ltd (RRH), which aims to provide fast and reliable housing solutions for people affected by natural disasters, conflicts, and homelessness within Australia. The use of our innovative Expanda Box (EB) as a solution for rapid response housing is gaining popularity due to their affordability, speed of deployment and versatility.
Solution:	Option 1. Expanda Pods are a modern 20m2 prefab space that comes complete with a bathroom (shower, vanity and separate toilet) and a kitchenette. Their unique slide out design make transporting simple and cost effective. Expanda Pods can be expanded/setup in 15mins. Materials used ensure that your space is insulated from weather extremes and noise. Option 2. Collapsible Expanda Boxes are ready to be expanded on-site within minutes and are job-ready, meaning they come fully equipped with insulation, doors and windows, safety switches, power points, Smoke Detectors and LED lighting; making them ideal for emergency shelters.
