Summary:The second phase of the LEMUR Project will focus on helping the Public Primary School of Ambovombe. The school has over 2,400 students with only 40 qualified teachers. Due to insufficient classrooms and teachernumbers, the school operates two shifts (morning for the younger students, afternoon for the older students).Donations will be usedto maintain the current condition of the school building, build three new classrooms, anew toilet facility for the girls, refurbish current toilet cubicles for the boys, construct a proper canteen facility and supply clean running water for better hygiene and sanitation.
