A Teachers house
Summary:Lirhanzo Children's Village (LCV) is an orphanage in Mwenezi District, Zimbabwe. The school educates the children of the orphanage and from the surrounding area. The Zimbabwe government recently approved the establishment of a high school at LCV and sent teachers to provide the secondary education. LCV does not have sufficient housing for these teachers; thus, we are raising funds to support the building of teacher's accommodation. The houses will be built locally on site by local builders.

Donors contributing $500 or more will be permanently acknowledged on a plaque at the Teacher’s House as part of this legacy of hope.
Challenge:Teachers have been sent to teach high school but there is no accommodation for them. The school is in a remote location in southern Zimbabwe.
Solution:Our project seeks to build Teacher accommodation, enabling the teachers to have a safe and stable accommodation. This will enable teachers to focus on providing a good quality education for the children.
Long term impact:The long-term impact will be that more children living at Lirhanzo and in the surrounding area will have access to good quality secondary school education.
